Come and See: Exploring Priesthood

Come and See is a retreat to explore priesthood, taking place in Mount St Anne's on 23-24 November 2018.

Open to Catholic men aged between 18 and 45, it is an opportunity to meet priests and seminarians, to hear about how they heard their call, how they discerned what God was asking of them, and what is involved in being a priest.

It will provide an opportunity to share with others like you who are at the early stages of explorng whether they have a vocation to diocesan priesthood.

For more information about the retreat, please contact the National Vocations Office of the Irish Catholic Bishops' Conference at 01-5053118 or info@vocations.ie; see also https://vocations.ie/2018/10/10/vocations-workshop.

Exploring Priesthood

For some, it is a moment of discover. For most, it is a growing awareness which develops over time. For all, it is a moment in time when an internal stirring suggests the next step towards a clearer focus on "God's call in my life." It is not necessarily a call to priesthood, but a call to consider the possibility.

"A vocation flows from the heart of God and blossoms in the good soil of faithful people." - Pope Francis
