Diocesan Administrator

At a meeting of the Diocesan College of Consulters on Tuesday 2 August, Canon Michael McLoughlin, the Parish Priest of Moycullen, was elected as Diocesan Administrator for the Dioceses of Galway, Kilmacduagh and Kilfenora. He takes up this responsibility immediately.

After his election Canon McLoughlin thanked Dr. Martin Drennan, the now retired bishop of the diocese, for his dedicated service over the past eleven years and said that he would need to rely fully on the support and prayers of priests and people of the diocese in the time ahead.
