Bishop Kelly reflects on changes in the church during his priesthood, and looks to the future.

Very Rev. Michael Connolly

"Understanding creation in the Christian perspective."
An encounter between Judeo-Christian faith and 21st-century physics which delves into the mystery of why there is something rather than nothing – and why we are able to understand it.
Fr Michael has been in parish and chaplaincy ministry for almost 18 years. He holds an MSc and a PhD in high-energy astrophysics.

Clare Ann Irwin 

Clare Ann is the next generation of Galway’s oldest undertaking firm. She reflects on how her faith has been shaped through her experience dealing with bereavement, working as a woman in a male-dominated tradition, and her participation in the Rose of Tralee.
 

All talks are in Saint Pio's Room, Sacred Heart Church, Seamus Quirke Road, Galway.
Talks are approximately 45 minutes long, with questions and tea/coffee afterwards.
Talks are free, but a voluntary collection is taken to help with speakers' expenses.
