The Diocese of Clonfert and the Diocese of Galway, Kilmacduagh and Kilfenora, are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Isabelle Mulkern as Director of Safeguarding (Children and Vulnerable Persons).

Isabelle, a native of the Diocese of Kilmacduagh, has served as Coordinator of Safeguarding in the Diocese of Clonfert. She brings experience and personal integrity to this new role. Her appointment reflects our continued commitment to ensuring that our parishes and dioceses are not only welcoming and safe but also spaces where children and vulnerable persons can experience the love of God and the joy of the Gospel as active, involved members of our faith community.
