What is Youth Ministry?
Youth ministry holds a crucial place in our mission- reflecting Pope Francis's belief that "Young people are the window through which the future enters the world." Our Diocesan Youth Ministry is dedicated to nurturing the faith of young people, empowering them to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in today's world. We recognise that young people are on a profound search for meaning, purpose, and truth, and we are committed to sharing the transformative power of the Gospel with them.
By organising prayer meetings, facilitating pilgrimages, and offering various faith-based experiences we aim to accompany young people on their spiritual journey. Our goal is to support their personal and spiritual growth by providing them with the skills, leadership opportunities, and experiences necessary to live out their faith. All our efforts are rooted in a deep commitment to Gospel values and the teachings of the Church, guiding young people to discover their place in God's plan for the world.
