Bishop Brendan Kelly preached the following sermons in Galway Cathedral on (i) Friday 17 August 2018 at the funeral of Fr James Max Mitchell and (ii) Saturday 18 August 2018 at a mass of reconcilliation and remembrance of the Maamtrasna murders.

The annual candlelight October rosary procession takes place in the Cathedral on the Sundays of October, beginning at 8:00pm each Sunday.
